average stay but great location

The room was clean and well-maintained during my visit. Close proximity to the university made it convenient for us.

It was right next to the university but overall pricing felt high for the quality.

Comfortable bed, friendly staff, the outdoor swimming pool was a great feature, and the flat-screen TV offered many entertainment options during our stay.

The bathroom was brand new but way too small. The bed was not comfortable so it was like trying to sleep in a sinking ship.

Not exactly cheap but was acceptable in a pinch.

24-hour reception was helpful, but room smelled bad and was not thoroughly cleaned.

I had a lovely time enjoying the very nice outdoor swimming pool-it was so refreshing! The King Room I stayed in was spacious and had a nice ambiance. Plus, the convenient location put me just a hop away from some amazing local eats.

The location off the highway is convenient for accessing nearby attractions, which was a positive aspect of the stay. Unfortunately, the room had a strong smell of fresh paint that made me uneasy, and I was disturbed to find bugs circulating around. The bed was uncomfortable, sinking in the middle, and the outdated microwave and fridge contributed to the overall unappealing condition of the room.

The location was super convenient, right by everything we wanted to do! 👍 Unfortunately, the towels had stains and the breakfast area was a bit messy. Wish it was cleaner!

The homemade cakes at nearby San Marcos Shipley Donuts were a sweet gem, and Japan Latino Sushi & Steak dished out some seriously tasty rolls. Plus, having Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen just a hop away was a clutch move for late-night cravings!

Now, the stay itself wasn't all sunshine and rainbows. The King Room was not cleaned properly, with stained sheets and leftover food in the fridge—that's like finding a surprise in your cereal. We ended up using our own blankets on top of the dirty ones. Major bummer!

The location was great, being close to the university and various dining options, which made our trip convenient. Unfortunately, the cleanliness left much to be desired, with dirty sheets and hair found on the beds. It was definitely not a pleasant experience.
